The Social Media Expert at Marketing Juju employs their creativity and strategic thinking to craft and implement effective social media plans across platforms. The role is highly independent, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact according to your own vision and timeline and to achieve visibility for your ideas. Our Social Media Juju will be familiar with all social channels like the back of their hand and will stay on the cutting edge of novelties and new trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Success record of Social Media strategy and business page development
- Passion for social media platforms, trends, hacks and tricks.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. Active use of data for decision-making and iteration of the plans.
- Creativity, boldness, provocation.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, with excellent organizational skills. Adherence to deadlines is a must.
- Bulgarian native speaker, fluent in English.

PPC Juju
Our PPC Juju will be responsible for driving our digital advertising initiatives, ideating, creating and optimizing campaigns that lead to outstanding (ROI). This role offers the opportunity to put your skills into action to earn as much as you want as earnings are correlated with the results shown. You can experience the passion of selling and the thrill of breaking your own sales records.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage effective PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to build a PPC strategy.
- Dive deep into target personas’ needs, pains and characteristics.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, budgets, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
- A/B test ad variations and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our digital advertising efforts.
- Knowledge of the Bulgarian market is a must.
