Are you a digital native with a love for social media, a curious mind for marketing, and a passion for creating amazing sales-leading campaigns? ✨ This is your chance to challenge yourself, develop, and become the right hand to a full-stack marketing guru. Marketing Juju is a boutique marketing agency, working with brands that want to do things differently. We’re as picky about our clients as we are about our employees. We’re now looking for a part-time, fully remote Marketing specialist to support and eventually lead some of the key marketing operations.
- Interns and recent grads
- People with little formal experience but a ton of potential
- Digital nomads craving flexibility and real-world marketing learning
- Anyone ready to take initiative and learn fast under expert mentorship
- Assist in social media content creation and scheduling (TikTok, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Manage communication with clients and provide excellent coordination and timely responses
- Help manage PPC marketing campaigns and reports
- Work closely with designers and coordinate creative production
- Monitor and analyse SEO results, sales, and customer behaviour through the sales funnel
- Conduct research, trend monitoring, and competitor analysis
- Learn the full marketing cycle — from strategy to execution — directly from the Marketing Director
- BA or MA in marketing, business administration or related field (you can be an undergraduate)
- Love for social media and digital culture
- Strong writing and communication skills (English demanded, other languages welcome)
- Vivid curiosity about marketing, branding, people, and innovations
- A self-starter attitude and hunger to learn
- Bonus if you have previous similar experience, but not mandatory.

PPC Juju
Our PPC Juju will be responsible for driving our digital advertising initiatives, ideating, creating and optimizing campaigns that lead to outstanding (ROI). This role offers the opportunity to put your skills into action to earn as much as you want as earnings are correlated with the results shown. You can experience the passion of selling and the thrill of breaking your own sales records.
- Develop, implement, and manage effective PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to build a PPC strategy.
- Dive deep into target personas’ needs, pains and characteristics.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, budgets, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
- A/B test ad variations and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our digital advertising efforts.
- Knowledge of the Bulgarian market is a must.
